How to Report Sewage Pollution 

If you see sewage pollution or a sewage odour within a watercourse, please call us on 0800-0778778

When you call, we will ask you:

• The location of this event (Including post code, nearby address or landmarks
• Your name and contact information
• The name of the watercourse
• What you saw
• Whether sewage is evidently entering the river/stream or any other watercourse

In order to aid our investigations please take a picture of pollution to the watercourse and inform our Customer engagement centre advisor when you call.
