Wallaceton Water Main Upgrade
Overview
We are investing £101k to upgrade 3.7km of water main to ensure you continue to enjoy clear, fresh drinking water, and reduce the chance of pipes bursting.
The work will be carried out by our alliance partner, Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA).

What Happens Next?
Work will commence on Wednesday 18 September 2024 and is expected to last around 34 weeks.
There will be a rolling road closure in place on a private road off the B729 until Boreland Farm Cottage, during which work will take place on the grass verge and small sections of residential roads. The road closure is required for safety reasons.
There will be diversions and some access and parking restrictions in place too.
