Rotherwood Avenue and Banner Drive water pipe upgrade
Project Overview
We are upgrading the pipes on Rotherwood Avenue and Banner Drive, Knightswood to ensure customers continue to enjoy clean, fresh drinking water.
As part of the work, we will also install a pressure regulation valve to reduce the chance of bursts.
Work will begin on Monday 28 October and last approximately four months.

What We Are Doing
We will upgrade the pipes on Rotherwood Avenue and Banner Drive in Knightswood across a four month period.
This essential work will ensure customers can continue to enjoy clean, fresh drinking water and reduce the chance of bursts.
There will be some roadworks throughout the works that may include temporary traffic lights and some access and parking restrictions, appropriate signage will be in place.
We may also need to turn off water supply to properties, if the need arises, we will inform the affected property owners at least 48 hours in advance.
During the works, property owners may experience a change in water pressure and/or discoloured water. If this happens, turn on the cold tap in the kitchen and let the water flow slowly until it runs clear.
