ACM 2024

WATCH: Scottish Water CEO Alex Plant invites customers to join him at the latest Annual Consultative Meeting at Aberdeen Science Centre on Thursday 19 September, from 5.15pm.

Piped By Us, Owned By You

Listening to Our Customers to Deliver Services Fit for the Future

Have your say on how record investment in Scotland’s water and waste water networks should be spent. Learn about how publicly-owned Scottish Water continues to deliver world-class water to your taps, provide a sector-leading level of service for customers and is transforming to adapt to climate change and help Scotland flourish.

We are holding our Annual Consultative Meeting and you are invited to attend. Our senior leaders – including Chief Executive Alex Plant and Chair Deirdre Michie - will talk about the successes and challenges we face in delivering vital services to 2.6 million households and 159,000 businesses across Scotland come rain or shine.

We want to hear your thoughts on our services and to answer your questions – and if you can’t make it in person you can ask a question ahead of the event.

Want to know how many miles of pipe we manage? Or how much energy our assets are generating as we continue to move towards net zero? Or how we decide where to invest? Or what we are doing to reduce fatbergs and flooding?
